We specialize in using what you already have to transform your home into what a buyer is looking for with home staging, and redesign creating a space that perfectly reflects your family’s style, needs and comfort.  

Each home is different and many people opt to have all room of the home address while others opt to have only the main living areas, such as the living room and owners' suite.  A personal pricing package can be provided based on your particular staging or redesign needs. ​

​Just as each home is different so are the needs of each household.  Annestella Designs is available to meet your needs consultations via video conference or an on-site assessment, both of which provide an easy to follow, step by step guide for you to complete your personal transformation.  We also provide full service staging and/or redesign. 


Learn the best staging strategies for your home without leaving your front door...

  • After our phone interview, I research your buyer demographic
  • You email at least 5 pictures of the room you would like staged, views of every angel. 
  • After assessing your photos, I create a personalized, step by step, picture guide for you. 
  • Our scheduled meeting:
    • We meet online using a platform you are most comfortable with, such as Zoom, Skype, Cisco Webex Meetings, etc.
    • Using your photo-filled, detailed staging checklist we walk through the home and discuss each step and address any questions or concerns you may have. 
    • You may contact me during regular business hours if you have any additional questions or need further assistance.
  • After you've successfully completed your guide, your home is photo ready!   It's time to call your realtor to schedule your professional photos!

  • From your photos I create a step by step guide for when you are ready to stage your home.
  • We schedule about two hours for me to come into your home
  • ​Together we address each space and I will take lots of pictures
  • We'll explore the best use of what you already have 
  • From those photos I create your detailed review of all we discussed for you to use when you are ready to stage your home.

Is your home over 2000 square feet) and needs a few more hours of work?  No problem!

This staging service is all about getting it done, physically staging the main areas of the home as recommended in the staging report. 

  • HUGE transformations are made using what you already have
  • To make higher impact photos I will bring in gorgeous staging accessories to give you a visual shopping list 
  • Making transformations and photographing as we go, we work for up to 7 hours

WARNING - Not all vacant staging is equal!

Not every home stager has the furnishings and accessories to pull together model home looking spaces!  Make sure to check the stager's portfolio and never go with the lowest price proposal since you usually get what you pay for.
